All the dots were there. We built the way to connect them.
Constellations started inside a brand studio, not a lab. Joseph Fioramonti spent two decades leading creative work for data and analytics companies, and watched the same problem kill strong work over and over. The room could not agree on what it was seeing. Designers talked in feeling. Executives talked in numbers. Projects stalled in the gap between them.
So he built a way to put feeling on a map. Show people images. Let them react before language gets in the way. Turn thousands of small signals into one picture everyone can stand around.
It worked. Stakeholders who had never agreed on anything aligned in a single session, and the work that shipped was bolder for it. The method became a platform. The platform became Constellations, built by a team of designers, data specialists, and technologists.
