An Audience Perception Map. It's what Constellations produces when you run a study—a visual map showing where your audience's perceptions cluster, align, or diverge.
How quickly can I run my first study?
Most users launch their first study within an hour of signing up. Upload your visuals, define your audience, and you're collecting data.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move between tiers at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference.
What happens if I hit my participant limit?
You'll get a heads-up before you hit the cap. If you need more, we can add capacity or discuss moving to a higher tier.
What's the difference between approval and alignment?
Approval means nobody blocked the work. Alignment means everyone believes the direction is right and can defend it. Most projects achieve approval without alignment—which is why approved work often underperforms.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Annual plans are non-refundable but include a 14-day window to make sure it's the right fit.
